I had an excellent experience with the Amanda Ondrey team, person of contact was Brooke Jones! After dealing with a few so-so realtors, I felt like we hit the jackpot. We started looking for investment properties in September, and closed on 2 with in the same week in mid December. I bought a house with Brooke Jones from the Amanda Ondrey team. If I could give her 10 stars for each category I would. To start off with Brooke arrived at the house to show me early almost every single time and never late. (I went through many rental houses with her until I found the right one.) Not only did work around my crazy work schedule that I only have open one day per week, she did all those tiny extra things from texting me the night before to remind me of our appointment to giving me a heads up on property’s I might want to see or property’s with problems I may not be willing to deal with. In addition to this her communication is excellent. During the process of buying the house and negotiating she always let me know what was going on and when if she didn’t get an answer from the other realtor not only when she had asked the other realtor but when she would follow up again. Any problem that came up she was on top of getting it resolved and did everything she could on her end. I have been left feeling totally spoiled and wouldn’t want to use any other realtor than her.

Brooke is a doll. What a great agent. Truly a precious heart who only wants the best for her clients. I asked her every question imaginable and got honest and direct answers. I kind of want to buy another house just to work with her again. What a dream. Thanks again, Brooke.

Brooke Jones was professional and thorough and kind as she listed and sold my father's home of 62 years.
